Prototal Group is Europe's leading manufacturer in 3D printing, injection molding, and vacuum casting. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for setters for our injection molding department in Malmö.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and change tools in injection molding machines.
• Optimize process parameters to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Start up and adjust machines according to production orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during operation disruptions.
• Document settings and process changes.
• Collaborate with the quality and production departments to
• ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety regulations.
• Create and maintain robot programs.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Experience working as a setter in injection molding.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool changes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine settings.
• Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology is an advantage.
• Experience working with industrial control systems and automation is a plus.
• Understanding of quality systems and the importance of documentation.
